Mar 2008: Roy S. Henry passed away at the Essa Flory Hospice Center. He was the husband of Betty Roop Henry with whom he celebrated 57 years of marriage on September 18th of last year. He was a member of Middle Octorara Presbyterian Church, where he was an Elder, Trustee, Sunday School Superintendent, and teacher. He retired from Skyline Distribution in 1992. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict serving in Germany. He was a member of the Christiana American Legion and the Teamsters Union. Roy enjoyed traveling, bowling, gardening, coaching and playing softball. (Intelligencer Journal)
