Her father was Horace Parker and her mother, Louisa F. (Johnson) Parker. 1880 they were living on Crab Creek, Spokane County, WA.

She married George N. Lowe 26 September 1889.

In 1909 they purchased railroad land near Lamona, Lincoln County, WA and they lived there for 55 years.

They had no children of their own but they raised Edward Landfried whose death in 1953 was a severe blow to them.

She had been very ill for about a year. She was hospitalized for two weeks at the Odessa Memorial Hospital, Odessa, Lincoln County, WA and then placed in the Spokane Deaconess Hospital. She was there one week when she passed away.

Her funeral was held in the Davenport Presbyterian Church.
