He was born in Williamsburg County, a son of Mrs. Annie Harrington Wright and the late Wesley Henry Wright.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Mabell Sistare Wright; two daughters, Mrs. Iva Lee Vaughn and Mrs. Barbara Hayes of Lancaster, two sons, William L. Wright of Lancaster and David P. Wright of Chester; his mother of Lancaster; a brother, Erman Wright of Lancaster; seven grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.
Services will be 3 p.m. Friday at Cauthen Funeral Home. Burial will be in Lancaster Memorial Park with Masonic Rites.
