Baal-Schaeffer
Rev. Father L. J. Stump, rector of St. Gertrude's Catholic church, East Lebanon, on Tuesday married Frank K. Baal, carpenter, son of Frank Baal, of 36 Lehman street, and Mary Schaeffer, daughter of Mrs. Mary Schaeffer, of 19 Lehman street.

Frank M. Baal, 81, of 19 Lehman St., Lebanon, died Monday, Sept. 22, 1986, in Good Samaritan Hospital after suffering a stroke at home. He was the husband of Mary Schaeffer Baal.
Born in Austria to the late Frank and Elizabeth Baal, he was a retired employee of Bethlehem Steel Corp. and a member of St. Gertrude's Club and the Maennerchor Club.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by children Elizabeth Beatty, Lebanon, and John M. Baal, Lebanon; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Elizabeth Henry and Mary Hummel, both of Lebanon and several nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Thursday, Sept. 25, 1986, in St. Gertrude's Catholic Church for Frank M. Baal of 19 Lehman St., Lebanon. He was the husband of Mary Baal.
The Rev. John F. Greaney, pastor of the church, was the celebrant. Interment was in St. Gertrude's Cemetery with Joseph Kless, Frank Kless, Bob Ogurcak, Steve Ogurcak, Gregory Baal and Heister Gingrich serving as pallbearers. Thompson Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
