Alma L. Allingham
Alma L. Allingham, 72, of Coburg, died at her home Wednesday. She was born October 5, 1873 in Lane County of pioneer parents, William and Sarah Allingham, and was the yougest of seven children. She was a member of the Christian Church at Coburg, the Diamond Rebekah Lodge, Lone Fir Women of Woodcraft, and for 27 years was postmaster at Coburg.
Survivors include one sister, Lola Allingham of Coburg, two sisters-in-law, Adeline Allingham of Eugene, and Mrs. Winifred Allingham, Coburg, one niece, Elizabeth Hoffer of Oswego, Oregon.
Funeral services will be held at the Veatch-Hollingsworth Chapel Saturday, September 28, at 3:30 p.m. with the Rev. Hugh McCallum officiating. Interment will be in the Coburg Cemetery.
