Howard W. Forcht passed away on Monday, April 27, 2009 at the age of 82 from a lengthy medical condition. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Mary; his three sons, Dennis, Craig and Pat and his two daughters, Rita and Kim. He had seven grandsons that he was very proud of: Tyler, Adam, Kevin, Derik, Drew, Tristen and Cameron and one granddaughter, Erica. Born on April 7, 1927 in Pennsylvania he went on and became a Master Sergeant in the US Army. After he had a successful career in the transportation industry and retired from the Washoe County School District. He was a man of many songs and stories of which will be missed.
