Funeral services for Mr. Joe Neal, age 45, of Kelso, TN, who passed away Saturday, September 12, 2009 at his residence, conducted in the chapel of the Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home. Burial in Lexie Crossroads Cemetery.

Mr. Neal was a native of Blount Co., TN, the son of the late Thomas Max Neal & the late Shirley Ann Porter Albert.

He worked in cable construction.

Survivors include his wife: Ann Neal of Kelso, TN; sons: Eric Lee Neal of Fayetteville, TN, Shawn A. Vangorder & wife: Crystal of Kelso, TN; sister: Janet Renee Darnell of Lewisburg, TN; brother: Keith Neal of Fayetteville, TN and several aunts, uncles & cousins.
