She was preceded in death by her husband, Nathan Elkins, in 1986; sons Ricky Linn Elkins in 1993, and Randall "Dale" Elkins in 2005; her brother, Carson Stanley and her sister, Jean Elkens.
Jo was the daughter of Charles Edward Bias and Shirley Beatrice (Elkins) BIAS. AFTER the death of Charles Edward Bias, his widow, Shirley B Bias married a Mr Stanley.
