MRS. ROBERTS DEAD
Mrs. R.M. Roberts, aged 52, native of Mississippi, and resident of Vancleave for 25 years, died at her home Sunday night at 11:30 o'clock.
Mrs. Roberts had been ill for three weeks.
She was buried in the Mount Pleasant cemetery in the Vancleave neighborhood this afternoon at 4 o:clock with services conducted by Rev. C.E. Gunn of the Methodist church.
Mrs. Roberts was well known in Jackson county.
She is survived by her husband, R. M. Roberts, two sons, R.L., and Cooper Roberts, Vancleave; three daughters, Misses Mary Patton, Louise and Mazie Roberts, Vancleave.
Mrs. Roberts had been actively connected with the Methodist church and was one of the prominent persons who took part in the New Prospect campmeeting for a number of years.
