She married Daniel Boon Rose, the son of Francis and Mary Rose.

Their children were; Mary E. Rose, Nancy Ann (Rose) Applegate, Marion Francis "Frank" Rose, Sarah F. (Rose) Broady, Eliza Jane (Rose) Broady, Emma C. Rose, John M. Rose, Zebulon Grant Rose, Ida Bell (Rose) Rose, and Ellie E. Rose.

She remarried after Daniel's death to John Morris Rose, who was also the son of Francis and Mary Rose.
