Frank contracted "Consumption" in today's terms it's called TB. He was admitted to a TB hospital in Traverse City, Michigan. The name of it was Northern Michigan Asylum. Prudence Elizabeth, his wife spent the last year of Frank's life traveling back and forth visiting him. He was sent home and died at home in Keystone, Wells County.
