Beattie, Bill, 75 Of Tampa passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2009. He was preceded in death by his son, Bobby Lee Beattie. He is survived by his wife, Shirley, his sons: Billy G. Beattie, Jr., and Randy Beattie and wife Lynette, his brothers, Spurgon Beattie, Joe Beattie, Ray Beattie, sisters: Rachel Poole and Ann Eagle, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was a stone polisher and made items for Elvis Presley and Will Rogers. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 9:00-11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Myrtle Hill Memorial Park
