Funeral services for Mrs. Aluis (Ruth Gatte) Lejeune, 64, of 2712 Colfax St. Lake Charles, La. will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug 7, from Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church in Jennings.
Rev. Marshall Boulet will officiate. Burial will be in Gatte Cove Cemetery in Evangeline, under direction of Segura-Matthews Funeral Home.
A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today, Aug 6, in the funeral home chapel in Jennings.
Mrs. Lejeune died Wednesday at 1:16 p.m. in a Lake Charles Hospital. She was a cook.
Survivors include her husband, Aluis Joseph Lejeune, Sr., two sons, John Dale Lejeune & wife, Lucy (LeFleur) Lejeune of Port Acres, Texas, Aluis Joseph Lejeune, Jr. & wife, Joyce (Franklin) Lejeune of Corpus Christi, Texas; one brother, Wilbert Joseph Gatte of Sulphur; one sister, Mrs. Elgia Marie Gatte Leger (Joseph Whitney Leger) of Lake Charles, six grandchildren & four great-grandchildren.
