Mrs. Agnes Mary Derouchia Losey, 68, wife of Henry M. Losey, died Wed., June 8, 1949 at Massena Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Losey was born Sept. 14, 1880 at St. Agnes, Que. to Alexander and Phoebe Boye DeRouchia. She became the bride of Henry Losey Feb. 7, 1898, at Huntingdon, Que. The couple moved to Massena from Dickinson Center about 44 years ago. Mr. Losey is a retired Aluminum Company of America employee.

Of their 13 children, ten are living. They are three sons, Wilfred J., Stephen and Wallace Losey; seven daughters, Mrs. Vernon (Elizabeth) LaShomb, Mrs. Edward (Eva) Martin, Mrs. Glendon (Mabel) Belile, Mrs. Leo (Agnes) Danboise, Mrs. Raymond (Esther) Rouselle, Mrs. Michael (Laura Mae) Donnie and Mrs. William (Elizabeth) Colby. She had about 46 grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Also surviving are a sister, Mrs. Jerry (Elizabeth) Martin and three brothers, William, Albert and Edward DeRouchia.

Funeral services were held at Sacred Heart Church, Massena and burial was made in Calvary Cemetery, Massena.
