Mrs. Catherine Petrie, 93, widow of Bernard Petrie, died shortly after noon today at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Anthony Bleuel, Mt. Calvary, R.1. The body of Mrs. Petrie will be at the Lisowe Funeral home, St. Cloud. (Fond du Lac Commonwealth Reporter, Tues. Oct. 28, 1958, p. 20, c. 1)

Funeral services for Mrs. Catherine Petrie, 93, widow of Bernard Petrie, will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Lisowe Funeral Home, St. Cloud, and at 11 a.m. at Holy Cross church, Mt. Calvary, witht he Rev. Ephrem Hertel, O.M.F. Cap., officiating. freinds may call at the fuenral home after 7 p.m. today. Mrs. Petrie died at 12:10 p.m. Tuesday at her home, Mt. Calvary, R. 1. Native of Johnsburg the former Catherine Simon was born Nov. 18, 1864. Her parients were Jacob and Mary Schneider Simon. She was married June 5, 1888, at Johnsburg to Mr. Petrie, a resident of Calvary. Mrs. Petrie was a member of the Christian Mothers society and of the Third Order of St. Francis. Surviving are two children, Mrs. Anthony Bleuel and Frank, both of Mt. Calvary; five granchildren; eight great grandchildren; and three sisters, Mrs. Felix Ditter, Mt. Calvary, Mrs. Louise Schmitz, St. Cloud and Mrs. Rosa Opp, Kissimmee, Fla. (Fond du Lac Commonwealth Reporter, Wed. Oct. 29, 1958, p. 26, c. 1)

Funeral services for Mrs. Catherine Petrie, who died Tuesday at her home near Mt. Calvary, were at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Lisowe Funeral home, St. Cloud, and at 11 a.m. at Holy Cross church, Mt. Calvary. A solemn requiem mass was celebrated by the Rev. Leo Ott of Cleveland with the Rev. Martin Simon acting as deacon and the Rev. Louis Biersack, O.F.M. Cap., as subdeacon. Burial was in Holy Cross cemetery. Honorary pallbearers were Mmes. Johanna Abler, Celia Laudolf, William Halbach, Steve Guelig, Frank Beau, and Robert Birschbach. Active pallbearers were Francis Petrie, Leander Petrie, Clem Schmitz, Eugene Ratsch, Clarence Blatz, and Arnold Simon.
