Fernande C. Capstraw, 78, of Addington Pl., Utica, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2000. Fernande is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Rodger and Peggy Capstraw, California, and Ronald and Jan Capstraw, Florida, and a brother, Remi Charlebois, Utica. She is also survived by four grandchildren. The funeral will be held Saturday, June 17, 2000, at 9:30 from the Heintz Funeral Home, 1517 Whitesboro St., and at 10:00 from St. Francis de Sales Church. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home are Friday (today), 4-6.
