LOSES FATHER
Mrs. W.M. Breland (Ila Moore), teacher at Orange Grove school who resides with her family in the Orange Grove community, returned to her work this morning after having been called to her home in the Daisy Vestry community by the sudden death of her father, R.C. Moore, Friday night. Mr. Moore was 69 years old.
He leaves a wife, four sons, R.I. Moore of Philadelphia, Miss., Levis, Keunety[Kenneth] Hull, William Stone Moore, all at home, four daughters, Mrs. Breeland of Orange Grove, Mrs. R.L. McKay of Leaf, Mrs. H.K. Walters of Ellisville, Mrs. Everett Cain of Wiggins, nine grandchildren, a brother, William Moore of Perkinston and a sister, Mrs. W.W. Brown[Broom] of Jackson.
The deceased was a farmer and was prominently identified with the development of his community and interested in church work.
The funeral was held at Pine Grove Methodist church Sunday morning and interment made in the cemetery there.
