Mrs. Mary Herrington, who has been ill for several weeks, died Sunday evening at 6 o'clock.
She was with her daughter, Mrs. Effie Jane Smith, who lives above Vestry.
Mrs. Herrington leaves three children, Misdames E.E. O'Neal, Robert Cain, and Effie JAne Smith.
Aunt Mary was almost 90 years old and she has 32 grandchildren, 60, great-grandchildren, many of whom live near here.
The deceased was buried in the Whittington cemetery at 3 o'clock Monday afternoon.
