Jack Moore, of Flint, Mich., age 80, passed away Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009, at Genesys Health Park.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m., today, Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 E. Davison Rd., Davison, Mich., with Pastor Levi Parish officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the USO.

Jack was born in Kennett, Mo., on September 18, 1929. He married Margaret Kendrick on July 21, 1948 in Cheyenne, Wyo. Jack was a foreman at AC Spark Plug for over 30 years.

Jack is survived by his wife, Margaret Kendrick; children, Laura (Larry) Phipps, Jack Wayne Moore, Larry Joe (Sue) Moore; grandchildren, Tammy (Maurizo), Scott (Debbie), Joe (Rachel), Shelley (Jamie); great-grandchildren, Anna, Luigi, Lacey, Haley, Joshua, Jackson, Ellie, Dalton, and an uncle, William Nations.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Willie Mae; two sisters and one brother.
