Elsie K. Etheridge - A native of Laurens, New York and a resident of Eight Mile, AL died Sunday, March 29, 2009 at her home at the age of 99. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Jessie Robinson, Edward Kleinow and Berni Etheridge. Survivors include two sons, Edward Earl (Nita) Kleinow, Eight Mile, AL and Gordon A. (Barbara) Robinson, Fly Creek, NY; two daughters, Joan Robinson (Bob) Butler, Cooperstown, NY and Dorothy Ann (Walt) Eckler, Cooperstown, NY; one sister, Doris (Earl) Wilsey, Oneonta, NY; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives. Graveside service and interment will be held Thursday, April 2, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in Pine Crest Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. prior to services.
