She was the daughter of Julius Thomas Alford and Ola Frances Huggins Alford. She was a retired cashier and a member of Dillon First Baptist Church.
She is survived by a son and a sister. She was preceded in death by sisters, Helen Martin and Audrey Ann Alford; and a brother, Julius Michael Alford.
