Mrs. Ella (Shoemaker) Goughnour of Nanty-Glo R. D. died at Memorial Hospital on Sept. 5, 1962. Mrs. Goughnour, who was 75, was born on Nov. 5, 1886, in Jackson Township. She was a daughter of Joseph and Sarah (Rager) Shoemaker.
Surviving are her husband, Harry, and a daughter, Wilna, wife of Tony Gentile of Nanty-Glo. Also surviving ar two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two step-children, Ruth, wife of Earl Barnhart of Geistown and Paul Goughnour, Mineral Point R.D.
She was a sister of Berley, Gowanda, N.Y., and Mrs. Emma Skelly of Wilmore.
Friends were received at the Ondriezek & Ondriezek Funeral Home. Funeral service was conducted Sunday afternoon at the Nanty-Glo Church of the Brethren by Rev. Chalmer Dilling. Burial followed in the Pike Brethren Cemetery at Mundy's Corner.
