Pearl Jensen Long (I have seen the name given also as Delong, but all newspaper articles, including her obituary in the Reedsburg Free Press 29 May 1930, US Censuses, as well as her headstone give her married name as Long):
Born near Dorchester in Mayville Township, Clark Co, WI, 16 Oct 1881 (headstone says just 1881)
Married Leroy Long (his first name is given in various records as 'Leroy', 'Roy', & 'D. Leroy') of Janesville, WI. It was a double wedding along with her brother Walter August Jensen who married Martha A. Sabin. The wedding took place on 16 Nov 1917 in the city of Reedsburg, Sauk Co, WI at the home of Pearl's sister & brother-in-law; Mrs. Hattie Jensen Weston & Mr. Charles Frederick Weston Jr.
Died of longstanding heart trouble at the home of her father, A. F. F. Jensen, west of the city of Reedsburg in Reedsburg Township, Sauk Co, WI, 21 May 1930 (headstone says just 1930).
The funeral service, conducted by Methodist Rev. Kelly, was held at the home of her father, Friday 23 May 1930; she was interred the same day at Greenwood Cemetery, Reedsburg Twp, Sauk Co, WI. - Daniel Rusch-Fischer
