A graveside service was scheduled at noon today at Maplewood Cemetery for Joy R. Dobbs of Paris.
There was no visitation. Trinity Funeral Home handled arrangements.
Dobbs, 83, died Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2009, at Henry County Healthcare Center.
Born Dec. 27, 1925, in Paris, she was a daughter of the late Hurley Elgin and Sarah Randle. She was educated in Henry County schools.
She leaves four sons: Aaron and Hurley Dobbs and James Hartsfield, all of Paris, and Steven Dobbs of Hermitage.
