Josephine was born in Trebelno, Yugoslavia, daughter of John and Josephine Kocjan Versey. She came to this country with her family in 1903. In 1915, she married Frank Golob in Sheboygan.
She was a member of Ss. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church, the parish's Christian Mothers Society, the American Slovenian Organization, KSKJ Queen of May Society and the Slovenian Women's Union of America.
She is survived by two sons, two daughters, 12 grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, one brother and one sister. She is buried in Greendale Cemetery.
