Father of Julia Frances Peacock Braddy & Floyd Peacock. Asa shows up on the 1860 in Finney's District of Jones County Georgia. Then in the 1870 US Georgia Census in Clifton, Jones County as a Farmer, when age 36, and married to Martha age 37, with children Julia age 15, (my G-Grandmother), and son Floyd age 10, all born in Georgia. And was last recorded as age 46 in 1880 Georgia Census in Whitfield county Georgia with wife Martha 46 and son Floyd 20. After that they all disappear from records except for daughter Julia Braddy wife of Seaborn Braddy who lives until 1919. Burial place of Asa, Martha and Floyd is unknown as of yet.
