Robert Franklin Hayes, fifty-four years old, 1801 Mitchell avenue, died last night at a local hospital. He was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County, coming to St. Joseph from Agency fifteen years ago. His survivors are his wife, Mrs. Lily Hayes; a son, Robert E. Hayes, St. Joseph; a daughter, Mrs. Eva Ricker, St. Joseph; his mother, Mrs. Anna Hayes, Agency; three brothers, William Hayes, Highland, Kan.; Charles Hayes, St. Joseph, and Claude Hayes, Agency, and a sister, Mrs. May Nagle, St. Joseph. The body was to be removed this afternoon from the H. A. Sullins mortuary at Gower to the home of Claude Hayes in Agency, where services will be tomorrow afternoon with burial in the Agency Cemetery.
