LUFKIN ~~ Lena Geraldine Lee Lero, 75 of Burke, Texas died on Tuesday, January 9, 1996. She was born in Crecy, Texas, to the late William Solomon and Jennie Jo Crawford Lee. Mrs. Lero was a retired Cake Decorator. She had worked for Weingarten's in Houston for 25 years, serving as the lead supervisor in the Cake Department, and later also worked for Brookshire Brothers. Mrs. Lero was a member of the Pentecostal Church. A former resident of Apple Springs and Houston, she had lived in Angelina County since 1983.
She is survived by her son, Joseph Aaron Nolan of Diboll; granddaughter, Kimberly Nolan of Houston; brother, Sollie Lee of Apple Springs; sister, Minnie Lee Campbell of Apple Springs; nephew, who was raised as her son, Marshall Lee of Houston; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Pallbearers were Rickey Campbell, Clint Lee, Robert Lee Pillows, Garth Pillows, Tom Best, and Keith Best.

LUFKIN ~~ Lena Geraldine Lee Lero, 75 of Burke, Texas died on Tuesday, January 9, 1996. She was born in Crecy, Texas, to the late William Solomon and Jennie Jo Crawford Lee.
