Mrs. Louise Dalby

Mrs. Louise E. Dalby, 45, 21 Fourth Avenue, Burnham, died in the: Hahnemann Hospital at Philadelphia at 4:30 p. m. on Wednesday, Sept. 14, 1960. Death was unexpected although she had been in failing health for some time.

Mrs. Dalby was born at Hancock, Md., April 14, 1916, a daughter of the late Charles R and Rosa Ann Robinette Yost.

She is survived by her husband. Charles H. Dalby: two children, Charles H. Dalby, Jr., of Burnham, and Anne Louise Dalby at home; three sisters, Mrs. Gordon (Pauline) Shirey and Mrs. Jeese (Betty) Grove of York and Mrs. Glenn (Cora) Mellott of Needmore, Milton County; and three brothers, Robert Yost of Hagerstown, Md., John Yost of Hancock, Md., and Paul Yost of Berkeley Springs, W. Va., Two grandchildren are living.

Mrs. Dalby was an employee of the American Viscose Corporation. She was a member of the Trinity Evangelical United Brethren Church and the Avisco 25-Year Club.

Mrs. Evelyn Louise Dalby 214 Fourth Ave., Burnham, Pa. died on Wednesday, Sept. 14, at4:30 p.m. at Hahnemann Hospital, Philadelphia, Pa., aged 45. She had been in failing health for some time, but her death was unexpected.

She was born in Hancock on April 14, 1915, the daughter of the late Charles R. and Rosa Ann (Robinette) Yost. She was a member of the Trinity EUB Church in Lewistown, Pa., and The Avisco 25-Year Club. She had been employed with the American Viscose Corporation in Lewistown.

Surviving are her husband Charles H. Dalby; a son, Charles H., Jr., of Burnham; daughter, Ann Louise, at home; sisters, Mrs. Pauline Shirey and Mrs. Betty Grove of York, Pa. and Mrs., Cora Alice Mellolt of Star Route, Hancock; brothers Charles It, Yost, Hagerstown; John W. Yost, Hancock, and Paul 0. Yost, Berkeley Springs W. Va.; two grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services were held Saturday at the Bonn Funeral Home in Reidsville, Pa., with the Rev. Clair E. Leber officiating. Interment was made in Church Hill Cemetery at Reidsville.
