Eleanor Ballard, 86, of 270 N. Maple St., Wabash, IN, died Monday, March 30, 1998 at her residence.

She was born March 6, 1912 at Wabash, IN to Earl C. and Emma (Freising) Roberts.

She was a member of the Wabash Christian Church. She was employed at the P&K Store for 10 years.

She is survived by a son, James W. Ballard of Wabash; four grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at Eddingfield-DeLaughter Mortuary today, April 1, from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held Thursday, April 2, 1998 at 11:00 a.m. at the Eddingfield-DeLaughter Mortuary, with the Rev. Ron Zorn officiating. #Burial will be in Falls Cemetery, Wabash. Preferred memorials are to the Wabash Christian Church.
