Date of Death: 11 October 1912 in Hampton Roads, Virginia

David Asholder, late a member of the 130th Pennsylvania Regiment, Infantry, known as the "Bucktails", died at the Soldiers Home, Hampton Roads, Virginia, on Friday morning. The body will be buried from the residence of his nephew, Charles V. Finley, 103 West Wood Street, Norristown, on Tuesday afternoon, the 15th. Services at 2 o'clock. Deceased was the brother of Mrs. Josephine B. Finley, who was buried January 20, 1912, and Mrs. Hannah Wagner, who was buried a few weeks ago. Interment Norris City Cemetery.
