Joseph Harry Armstrong, a retired delivery driver and a resident and native of Baton Rouge, died at 5:05 a.m. Sunday, March 24, 2002, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. He was 59.
Survived by his mother, Betty Armstrong; two daughters, Cassandra Armstrong Smith and Pamela A. Baily; two sons-in-law, Julian Smith and Dereck Baily; a sister, Bessie A. Aikens; nine brothers, Clarence, James, Willie, Henry, Calvin, Earnest, Johnny, Levy and James Sonny; and eight grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his father, Clarence Armstrong; two brothers, David and Jack Armstrong; and grandparents.
