Son of Thomas Cook & Mary Underwood. Isaac married Charity Wright (b. 13 Nov 1745), daughter of John Wright & Rachel Wells.
Isaac & Charity Wright Cook, are both recorded as, died and buried in Caesars Creek OH and in Silver Creek IN. Hinshaw reports what looks like confusion between two different couples. However, that is just what is reported in both Monthly Meetings minutes. There is even further references (like their Children's names) that further confirm that the same Isaac and Charity lived, died & were buried in both places at the same time.
