Dorothy (Dunlap) Herr, age 97, of Indiana, PA, formerly of Mars, died Tuesday, November 10, 2009, at St. Andrew's Village, in Indiana, PA. Born in Mars, on October 19, 1912, she was the daughter of the late Morrow and Marian Holmes Dunlap. Predeceased by daughter, Martha Frick, of Indiana, PA. Mrs. Herr worked for 38 years in the Hematology Department at Allegheny General Hospital, in Pittsburgh. She was a life-time member of the Mars United Methodist Church. Surviving are a daughter, Dona Fischer and son-in-law Earle Fischer of Greenville, SC; a son-in-law, David Frick of Indiana, PA; 7 Grandchildren and 18 Great-Grandchildren. Burial in Allegheny County Memorial Park, McCandless Twp., PA.
