Sister M. Catherine (Walburga) Glass, O.S.B. was the 1st child of Andrew M. and Eva Marie (Hassenetter) Glass. She was the sister of Rose J. (Glass) Eckert (wife of Johann J. Eckert) and the sister of Sister Marcella Eckert. She was the great-aunt of Clifford "Coke" Andrew John Eckert. At the age of 17, September 8, 1887, she entered the Religious Order of St. Joseph Convent, St. Marys, Pennsylvania - Reception: June 14, 1888 - T. Vows: January ll, 1890 - P. Vows: August 9, 1893 - Silver Jublilee: January 11, 1915 - Golden Jubliee - January 11, 1940 - Diamond Jubilee: January 11, 1950 - Consecration: July 6, 1954
