Sister M. Marcella (Cunigunda) Glass, O.S.B. was the 3rd child of Andrew M. and Eva Marie (Hassenetter) Glass. She was the sister of Rose J. (Glass) Eckert (wife of Johann J. Eckert) and the sister of Sister Catherine Glass. She was the great-aunt of Clifford "Coke" Andrew John Eckert. At age 16, September 8, 1889, she entered the Religious Order of St. Joseph Convent, St. Marys, Pennsylvania. Reception: January 11, 1890 - T. Vows: May 12, 1891 - P.
