Binger Man Is Killed In Power Line Accident
BINGER - Services for Jim Klingman, independent hauling contractor of Binger, were held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the Binger highschool auditorium with Rev. Fred L. Dean officiating. Burial was in the Binger cemetery where the Binger IOOF lodge conducted graveside rites.
Klingman was accidentally electrocuted in Oklahoma City last Wednesday while disconnecting a 220-volt line during a shower near the Consumer's Cooperative Mill. Standing in mud, apparently the water was enough to conduct the shock when the disconnection was made, Rev. Dean stated.
He is survived by his wife, two daughters, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. C.L. Klingman, Binger, and eight brothers and sisters.
