MOULTON -- Funeral services for Mrs. Addie Nix, 78, Moulton, who died Friday at Lawrence County Hospital, will be Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at Union Hill Baptist Church, Rev. Elmer Fowler and Rev. Russell Hutchinson officiating. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens, Elliott Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include the husband, John B. Nix, Moulton; a daughter, Mrs. Mattlene Hagood, Moulton 4; two sons, Homer E. Nix, Moulton; Irvin Nix, Moulton; two sisters, Mrs. Ciller Carpenter, Addison, Mrs. Tillie Cothern, Russellville; 18 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
Grandsons will be pallbearers.
The body was returned to the residence of Homer Nix and will remain there until time to be taken to the church for services.
Mrs. Nix was a member of the Union Chapel Methodist Church.
