Leta Arnold, age 94, of Telogia, passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2008, in Blountstown. Mrs. Arnold was born in Greensboro, but lived in Liberty County most of her life. She was a homemaker and was a member of Telogia Assembly of God Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bunk Arnold; two sons, Jerry and Earl Arnold; and a daughter, Joyce Pou. She was the last of four brothers and two sisters. She is survived by a son, L. B. Arnold and his wife, Sybil of Telogia; four daughters, Vera Jean Finuff and her husband, Edward of Telogia, Elry Stanley of Hosford, Betty Miles and her husband Lavhon of Bristol, and Rhodia Sharpton and her husband Walter of Havana; twenty-six grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. EST, Friday, December 12, 2008, at Telogia Assembly of God Church with Reverend Buddy Elkins, Reverend George Dodd, and Reverend Thomas Adams officiating. Interment will follow in Hosford Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6 until 8 p.m. EST, Thursday, December 11, 2008, at Adams Funeral Home in Bristol, Florida.
