Leo Joseph Corriveau, age 91, of 46 Dow Road in Gilmanton, died at the Concord Hospital, Concord, on Saturday, September 25, 2004. Mr. Corriveau was the son of Felix and Lydia (Fecteau) Corriveau. He was raised in Laconia where he attended Sacred Heart School.

Mr. Corriveau was a long time resident of Lynn, Mass. where he and his wife owned and operated the American Cleaners of Lynn, Mass. for 30 years. After their retirement in 1974, they moved to Gilmanton.

Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Marion (Drinkwater) Corriveau of Gilmanton; two sons and daughters-in-law, Bryan and Dina Corriveau of Salem, Mass. and Robert and Nancy Corriveau of Peabody, Mass.; five grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; a brother, Raymond Corriveau of Palmyra, Maine; one sister, Yvette Katinas, of Bethesda, Maryland and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by five brothers, Wilfred, Arthur, Robert, Armand and Roland, and by two sisters, Rita Clairmont and Theresa Higgins.

Calling Hours were on Tuesday, September 28, 2004 at the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated in St. Joseph Parish, Belmont, on Wednesday, September 29, 2004. Leo was buried in the family lot in Buzzell Cemetery, Gilmanton.
