Powderly Child Dies At Home On Thursday
Mary Louise Rivers, the 2-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. O. D. Rivers of Powderly, died at the family house there Thursday night at 8:30 o'clock. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Hickory Grove tabernacle. Burial was at the Hickory Grove cemetery.
The child is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rivers' three brothers, Morris, Robert and Charles Rivers of Powderly; four sisters, Mrs. Albert Nixon of Paris, Lena, Inez and Elise Rivers of Powderly; her great-grandmother Clark of Honey Grove; and grandparents, Bill Rivers of Roxton and Mr. and Mrs. S. T. Foster of Morris, Okla.
