He is survived by his children, grandchildren, brother, and wife, and numerous other dear family and friends.
Bill served honorably in the US Navy between the years of 1948 1950.
He resided in Oak Forest for 50 years where he was active in the Methodist Church and served as assistant Cubmaster and Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts.
Visitation will be Wednesday, December 3, 2008 from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. at Heights Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be Thursday, December 4, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. in Heights Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Hill Johnson officiating.
Interment to follow at Houston National Cemetery at 12:00 P.M. with military honors.
