He is survived by: son, Joe Lee Graham, Tulsa; daughters, Patricia Ann Springer, Sapulpa, Carolyn Sue Lowrey, Tulsa; brothers, Richard Graham of Grove, Harold Dee Graham, Louisburg, KS; sisters, Juanita Black and Mary Gouglar, both of Tulsa; 4 granddaughters; 2 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by: his parents, Carl and Mable and his wife, Betty Jo Graham. Service 10 a.m., Monday, March 1, 1999, Parkland Baptist Church. Committal will follow in the Fields Cemetery, Grove, OK at 2 p.m. Moore's Eastlawn Chapel.
