Survivors: daughters: Vernia Mae Mullins & husband, Gary, of Lake City, Barbara Huskey & husband, Chalk, of Caryville, Anita Baird & husband, William, of Carvyille, Janet Hawkins & husband, David, of Lake City; sons: Floyd Bailey, Jr. & wife, Debra, of Marion, N.C., Kris Bailey & wife, Lena, of Jacksboro; 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; sisters: Tommie Welch of Maryville, Ruth Medlin of Buford, GA., Thelma Gaut of Whitesburg; brothers: Charles Crabtree of Sweetwater, Kenneth Crabtree of Knoxville; aunt: Suda Henley of Knoxville; special sister-in-law & brother-in-law: Christine & Dock Dodson; special nephew: Sam Bailey, Jr. of Lake City; special friend: Bettie Whittaker of Lake City.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 1, 2006 from 6 to 8 PM at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City with the funeral service to follow at 8:00 PM in the chapel with the Rev. Charles Harness, Rev. C. H. Baird, & Rev. Kris Bailey officiating. Interment will be Sunday, July 2, 2006 at 10:00 AM at the Oak Ridge Memorial Park in Oak Ridge.
