Kenneth E. VanDruff, 52, of 39064 Graham Road, Woodsfield, died Oct. 25, 1998, at the Wetzel County Hospital, New Martinsville. He was born April 19, 1946 in Wellsburg, a son of Maude Adams VanDruff and the late Charles VanDruff.
He was a retired construction worker, a Protestant by faith, a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, a member of the American Legion Post #768, Woodsfield, the VFW Post #5303, Woodsfield, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie #2302, Woodsfield.
In addition to his mother, of Proctor; surviving are his wife, C. Rose Haslam VanDruff; a son, John VanDruff, Camp Lejune, N.C.; four daughters, Crystal VanDruff, Woodsfield, April VanDruff, Mellissa VanDruff, Faith VanDruff, all of Las Vegas; a stepson, Gary Knowlton, Clarington; one step-daughter, Sherry Childs, Woodsfield; four sisters, Mary Ellen (Robert) Stillwagoner, Proctor, Margaret (Edgar) Howell, New Martinsville, Wanda (Robert) Morris, New Martinsville, Juanita (William) McMahon, Anaheim, California; 14 grandchildren.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles VanDruff; a sister, Rose Taylor.
