Beloved cat of Clare Bradley, Jazz died at home on the morning on December 28, 2009 after an illness of two weeks. He was adopted from the SPCA of Luzerne County when he was only a few months old. He was a Christmas gift from his owner's sister, Diane. A few hours after I got him, I was watching the Fresh Prince of Bel Air, with DJ Jazzy Jeff. I liked the way the name sounded, so I named him Jazz. Jazz was spoiled rotten and he trained his human companions to cater to his every wish. If someone was in his spot on the sofa, he would tap them with a paw and stare at them intently until they moved out of his way. He loved getting belly rubs and having spaz attacks that sent him rocketing around the house. He is survived by his owner, Clare, and her father, Alfred, both of Kingston; aunt Diane, uncle Chad, and his canine cousins, Ranger, Bubba, and Girl, all of Richardson, Texas. Jazz was cremated and interment was in Abbey Glen Pet Memorial Park.
