He was born Oct 16, 1914, in Sheridan to Homer B. and Emma I (Kercheval) Johnson.
He was married Oct 1, 1938, to the former Victoria E. Spurgeon who survives.
Johnson was a dairy farmer and he lived on the Kercheval homestead.
In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Sandra Spencer of R2, Sheridan; a brother, Ted of Morley, Mich; and two grandchildren.
