Rev. Julian Virinoldi Lowell was the son of Rev. Daniel and Louisa (Baldwin) Lowell. He was the husband of Sarah (Rathbun) Lowell. They were married April 18, 1866 and Sarah died September 1, 1894. He was a minister in the Methodist Episcopal Church: East Genesee Conference 1870 Central New York Conference by change of boundaries 1872 F 1872 East Genesee Conference at reorganization and to Genesee (now Western New York) Conference by consolidation 1876. He served Burlington, PA 1870-1871.
