Born September 1, 1907, in Jerusalem, Arkansas, Mr. Pratt was the son of James David and Sarah (Morrow) Pratt. He died Thursday, May 22, 1986, in St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa. Mr. Pratt and Neoma Young of Vian were married May 1, 1929, and he was an auto mechanic and worked for Spencer Rosson. He was a deacon and a Sunday school teacher at Community Baptist Church.
His daughter, Emma Lee died in 1961. Survivors include his wife of the home; three sons, Kenneth and Roger, both of Muskogee, and James of Porter; two daughters, Barbara Jones and Chiquita Goines, both of Wagoner; a brother, Ernest Pratt of Orlando, Florida; 15 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
