Baca died Dec. 28, 2009, in Albuquerque. She was born July 27, 1940, in San Rafael.
Baca worked at various restaurants and opened her own at Chief Rancho. She loved to cook and prepare her special chile. She enjoyed meeting all her customers. After moving to Albuquerque in 1983, she opened up the De Anza Coffee Shop which she ran until 1990 when she established Loyola's Family Restaurant.
Survivors include her sons, Casper, Lawrence, both of Grants, Joey of Milan; daughters, Sarah Cordova of Bosque Farms; sisters, Jane Montano, Rita Chavez, Eleanore Dominguez, Pauline Wieder; brother, Pat Dominguez Jr.; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Baca was preceded in death by her parents, Patrocinio and Eduvijen Dominguez.
